Feasibility Analysis

We offer a complete ADU Feasibility Analysis of your property, including an in-person meeting on-site, overview of the latest local ADU ordinances for your town (each Marin County town has different rules), exploration of your preferred sizes and designs, and cost and time estimates for your chosen design. Flat fee, which can be applied to future costs.

Design & Planning

We offer simple, functional and stylish ADU designs and permit-ready plans. We also work with third-party architects and designers, as well as clients who have created their own designs.

Construction

Our team gathers all materials and builds your ADU on-site. This typically includes the following:

1. Demolition (if converting an existing space)
